SW Global are looking to bring on a new apprentice to join their growing and team in finance. They have had a lot of success with apprentices in the last years and are looking to replicate this by bringing on another apprentice to grow within the business as well. What will I be doing?
- Become a super user of Sage, Evertime Payroll and Paycircle to process, update and maintain accurate payroll data, following organisational procedures and digital best-practice standards
- Act as the first point of contact for payroll enquiries received via phone, email and ticketing systems, resolving issues promptly or escalating them appropriately through digital workflows
- Create, manage and store high-quality payroll documentation usingMicrosoft Word and Excel, ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance with data-handling requirements
- Use digital communication and collaboration tools such as Outlook, SharePoint and shared information systems to support smooth workflows and effective information management
- Work closely with internal teams to gather, verify and clarify payroll information, using digital systems to ensure data integrity, secure storage and accurate processing
- Apply digital problem-solving skills to streamline tasks, improve payroll processes and support ongoing system efficiency across Sage, Evertime Payroll and Paycircle

Salary: £16,500 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 3:45pm
