About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies across various platforms. From SEO to social media and paid ads to email marketing, you’ll play a key role in building our brand presence and driving measurable results.
You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams to support company goals and enhance the digital customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Optimize website content for SEO and manage ongoing keyword strategies
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media insights
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging, brand-aligned content
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Support lead generation and nurturing strategies with targeted content and automation
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align messaging and creative assets
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook/Meta Business Suite
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong visual sense
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented
