We’re a fast-paced staffing agency based in Bishop’s Stortford, and we’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Apprentice to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in a supportive and experienced environment where no two days are the same.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the recruitment team with candidate sourcing and screening
*
Managing job adverts and responding to applications
*
Conducting initial candidate outreach via phone, email and text
*
Assisting with interview coordination and compliance checks
*
Helping with shift planning and booking temporary staff
*
Supporting day-to-day client management and account coordination
*
Contributing to business development activities, including lead generation and market research
*
Using our systems to update candidate and client records accurately
What we’re looking for:

A genuine interest in recruitment and working with people
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
*
Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
*
Confidence to engage with clients and build relationships
*
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) preferred
