The purpose of this post is to combine practical on-the-job training enabling you to gather and demonstrate a broad set of skills and combine this with studying for a recognised qualification. You will undertake a Business Administration Level 3 qualification with our training partner, WS Training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of Orwell's repair works activities.
- Communicate with all departments regarding responsive repairs.
- Help to monitor systems that make sure works are carried out as ordered by Orwell and its customers, ensuring quality and good value for money is being achieved.
- Work with the team to provide statistics and information for board and audit reporting.
- Liaise with contractors and customers to arrange appointments for repair works.
- To provide administration services as and when required to the Head of Repairs and Voids including word processing and spreadsheets.

- As this is a training focused employment opportunity, qualifications are not considered necessary, and completion of GCSE English and/or Maths will be provided as part of the apprenticeship (if required).
