The Opportunity
- Start Date: April 2025 – October 2025
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (with occasional rotating Saturday during peak times)
- Pay: Living Wage (£12.60 per hour)
- Location: Fully remote with occasional travel
The Role
Supporting our Operations team to enhance customer experience and manage daily operational logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing logistics.
- Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely box and suitcase collections/returns.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide updates and resolve queries.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by adhering to processes while going the extra mile.
- Track shipments and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve issues and optimise planning.
- Support the sales team in driving repeat business.
- Enhance brand reputation by generating referrals and 5-star reviews.
- Assist in improving customer experience and operational processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (experience with Excel, Hubspot, Intercom, Notion, and Slack is a plus).
- Strong communicator, fluent in English (additional languages desirable but not essential).
- Confident and engaging in customer and partner interactions.
- Proactive in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Motivated by continuous improvement and innovation.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks within the operations team.
- Adaptable, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
- Able to work independently and present key findings clearly.
- A reliable team player in a fast-paced environment.
