Hidden River Cabins is an established, thriving restaurant and wedding venue, with forward bookings ensuring job security. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to join our friendly team and work closely with our Head Chef. If you have a love for aspirational food, high standards in food hygiene, and a desire to grow in a creative, fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
- Prepare and manage ingredients for senior chefs
- Maintain stock rotation and handle deliveries
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with the team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests
