About your role:
Your mission is to help us mend it by diving head first into the world of electrical Installation & maintenance. Age? Gender? Background? Just numbers and stories that make you, you. We’re here for your drive, your passion, and that spark in your eyes.
During your apprenticeship, you’ll absorb the wisdom, grasp the skills, and earn the qualifications to emerge as a top-tier Electrical Engineer – a true household hero. Under the wing of our experienced Electricians, you’ll soon learn how to deliver energy efficient solutions to our customers through installing, upgrading & maintaining electrical systems.
Don’t be fooled, this isn’t your average gig; it’s a hands-dirty, heads-down role. But it is one like no other, where you’ll play a pivotal role in providing energy-efficient solutions that directly impact the lives of families every single day, ensuring their homes are lit and their kettles boiled.
Here's what we’re looking for:
- 4 GCSEs, ideally including Maths & English, at grade C/4 or above or a recognised equivalent.
- A genuine passion for learning a trade & striving for a successful career whilst working to the highest levels of safety.
- A full UK driving licence with 6 points or less.
- Availability to attend your training course, with provided accommodation and travel if needed (Training is hosted by Trade Skills 4U in predetermined locations in England).
- Proven customer focus; ability to listen to & respond to customer needs (for example, as an electrician, you will identify opportunities to make home more energy efficient & articulate these to your customers).

Here’s what's in it for you.
- A starting salary of £17,850 which will continue to rise as you hit specific milestones during your apprenticeship.
- Once you have completed the full programme and aftercare support, your salary will rise to £39,796, aligning to that of our fully qualified and skilled electricians.
- We also offer London Weighting Allowance ranging from £4000 to £6000 (dependant on location) for living or starting your day within London.
