Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production and preparation, with a background in kitchen management. As our Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the kitchen, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Execute food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Collaborate to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
Co-manage inventory levels, including ordering and storing supplies as necessary.
Ensure that all dishes are served promptly and meet the expectations of guests.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and creativity within the kitchen.

Qualifications

Level 3 food hygiene and safety, equivalent, or demonstratable experience.
Knowledge of food production techniques, culinary arts, and hospitality principles.
Excellent cooking skills with an emphasis on quality and presentation.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
