Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the kitchen, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Execute food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Co-manage inventory levels, including ordering and storing supplies as necessary.
- Ensure that all dishes are served promptly and meet the expectations of guests.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and creativity within the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Level 3 food hygiene and safety, equivalent, or demonstratable experience.
- Knowledge of food production techniques, culinary arts, and hospitality principles.
- Excellent cooking skills with an emphasis on quality and presentation.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
