Our client is recruiting for an Apprentice Sales Executive to join their team in Worchestershire.

The Level 3 IT Tech Sales or Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship programme that we are offering, will allow you to kick-start your career in an industry that is constantly evolving, dynamic and transformational.

The Position

Job Title:	Apprentice Sales Executive
Apprenticeship Course:	Level 3 IT Tech Sales or Level 4 Sales Executive
Apprenticeship Duration:	13 months + Assessment
Location:	Worcestershire
Working Hours:	Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Salary:	£18,000 - £20,000

Role and Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career to gain hands-on experience, earn commission, and grow alongside a fast-moving technology company.

You’ll play a key role in generating new business, engaging with prospects, and learning how to sell and demonstrate a cutting-edge software platform.

Generate new leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
Plan and execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns
Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers
Learn, understand, and confidently demonstrate the company software to prospects
Attend trade shows, events, and exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads
Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities using CRM tools
Work closely with senior team members to develop sales skills and strategies

What we’re looking for:

A proactive, confident communicator with a positive attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking to new people via phone and video calls
Organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Interest in technology, SaaS, and sales (previous experience is a bonus but not essential)
