Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on Support: Assist in residential electrical remodels, service upgrades, panel changes, and EV charger installations.
- Lighting Expertise: Participate in indoor and outdoor lighting projects.
- Safety Focus: Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe and organized worksite.
- Physical Demands: Perform manual labor, including working at heights, outdoors in varying weather conditions, and lifting 50+ lbs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of electrical experience or equivalent training.
- Licenses: Valid apprentice license and driver's license.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and troubleshooting.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team.
- Physical Abilities: Capability to lift, bend, and work outdoors in seasonal weather.
- Clearance: Must pass background checks to work at job sites.
