Role Overview
Assist and Learn: Work with a qualified Spray Painter to observe and apply best practices in preparation, paint mixing, and spray painting.
Skills Development: Continuously enhance skills and seek opportunities to learn and improve techniques.
Training: Attend both internal and external training courses and commit to regular college attendance to build knowledge and skills.
Work Environment: Ensure a clean, safe working environment and maintain a thorough understanding of products and techniques.
Health and Safety: Prioritise personal and others' health and safety, adhere to health and safety policies, and use protective equipment as required.
