As an Technical Administrator Apprentice with Sodexo, you will support the daily procedures to maintain the integrity, safety, and efficient support of Technical Department at the Wythenshawe Hospital. Your training and development will demonstrate how our administrators become the go-to individuals and will allow you to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field of administration. This apprenticeship will provide you with an opportunity to develop a strong foundation administration, while also exposing you to various technologies and systems used. What you’ll do:
- Providing secretarial support to Operation managers at technical department and learning on how to manage diary, typing memos, letters, minutes and reports
- Prepare and circulate letters, reports, information packs. Maintaining training records for all site-based staff.
- Ensuring appropriate measures has been taken to ensure confidentiality
What you bring:
- Computer literacy – MS Office packages
- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
