Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.
Program: Digital Applications Support SCQF Level 6
Location: Beta Centre Unit 8-9, Stirling University Innovation Park, Stirling, Stirlingshire, FK9 4NF
Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the wider team regarding purchasing resources.
- Become a system expert using Xero to develop financial reports in collaboration with the Account Service provide and management team.
- Prepare and issue invoices using Xero for goods and services.
- Utilising MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to an expert level.
- Assist in budget preparation and participate in monthly financial update meetings.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations.
- Arrange timely payment of due invoices.
- Identify and flag areas of concern related to accounting and cash flow.
- Ensure company records remain up to date (e.g., Companies House, DVLA, etc.).
- Maintain open communication with the Financial Controller in NOR.

£14,976 per annum.
