Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist our consultants in identifying and engaging with experienced, quality candidates for various vacancies.
- Candidate Engagement: Build rapport quickly and professionally with candidates via phone, in person, or online (e.g., Teams).
- Pre-screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for live job opportunities.
- Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records, ensuring accurate categorisation and efficient tracking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
