Align Property Services is looking for a driven individual, eager to learn and committed to a career in architecture, to join our team in Northallerton or Otley as an Apprentice Architectural Assistant.
You will receive full training and it is expected that you will progress to a fully funded, Level 7 Degree level through day-release to university to achieve your Post Part 2 qualification.

As an Apprentice Architecture Assistant, you will;
Gain hands-on experience in technical delivery, using software like AutoCAD and Revit while working on projects in housing, education, and public buildings.
Your tasks will include creating plans, gathering construction information, preparing work schedules with NBS software, conducting site inspections, and attending meetings with clients and contractors. You'll also support compliance with CDM regulations and follow business standards and timelines.

Essential requirements:
· To have gained the BA(Hons) or BSc (Hones) in Architecture and fulfilled the Architects Registration Board Part 1 Qualification
· To meet the UCAS point requirement for the degree associated with the role.
· Minimum 5 GCSE Grades A-C/5-9 including Maths, English and Science and/or
· A Level grades suitable for entry onto accredited p/t apprenticeship course
· Good IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office.
· Good communication skills both written and verbal.
· Driving Licence or willing/working towards obtaining a UK Driving Licence
About the Qualification:
You will undertake anArchitecture Degree Apprenticeship level 7 at a local University who offer the course on a part time basis.
Information on the universities that offer the course will be shared in 2025, when the courses have been released by each university.
