Job Overview:
Applicant Must be local to the Bournemouth , Christchurch, Poole area.
Applicant must be competent with plumbing tasks to be carried out without assistance. A good understanding of plumbing and heating systems is also essential.
We are seeking a plumbing & heating engineer with 1 / 2 years + experience in the trade to join our team. As a Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating / plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
This is a hands-on role that requires problem solving, a willing to listen and gain knowledge from our experienced engineers. Ability to self motivate, work as a team or independently.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating systems, including boilers, water heaters, pump systems and radiators.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations during all work activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Heating Engineer or similar role.
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for installation and repair tasks
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating system requirements
driving license required
Skills:
- Plumbing skills for connecting pipes and fittings
