Based in a new, purpose built 10,000sqft workshop, Select Motorsport is a leading provider of high-performance automotive solutions. We specialize in delivering exceptional quality and service to a broad range of performance, luxury and motorsport clients.
We are rapidly expanding and are seeking skilled and passionate Automotive and Motorsport Technicians to join our dynamic team. Multiple roles are available, catering to various levels of expertise and specialisations (including technicians, qualified MOT testers & engine / gearbox specialists).
The ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills, have a keen eye for detail, and will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of high-performance and motorsport vehicles, including:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of high-performance and motorsport vehicles.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles & utilise advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and address mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each task.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining repair processes clearly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Varies by role, but proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with a focus on prestige, high-performance or motorsport vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including experience with engine rebuilding, transmissions, brakes, and suspension.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during busy periods.
- A valid UK driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: £22,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
