Award-Winning Celebrity Hairdresser Leo Bancroft is looking for enthusiastic wannabe hairdressers who have the drive and ambition to become a successful hairdresser within his beautifully bespoke salon in Weybridge, Surrey.
Leo Bancroft Salon is a Luxury Award-Winning Salon that offers above and beyond what traditional salons do and we are looking to nurture young people who want to become excellent professionals that learn and deliver something special too.
As an independent salon, Leo Bancroft truly provides a nurturing and friendly environment for you to excel in. Our fun and friendly salon is built with apprentices in mind to nurture you to be as excellent and as successful as possible. We put as much effort and thought into our break room facilities as we do our education!
We offer Full NVQ levels 2 and 3 with the opportunity to also become an educator. All education is provided in house with exceptional facilities. Our modern, qualified, NVQ instructors are fully supportive of all your need and goals with our simple to follow, Crawl, Walk, Run, Fly training approach.

- Maintain Salon Cleanliness.
- Weigh & Measure Colour.
- Apply toners.
- Shampoo & Massage.
- Dry & Comb through.
- Be a team player.
We purposely close our salon on a Monday and dedicate this entire day every week as an Academy day for our apprentices. All our apprentices receive 8 Hours + of hairdressing training per week with our top educators in classes no bigger than 8 people per instructor.
