iStep Learning is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (no formal qualifications required) to join our growing nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for working with young children and is eager to start or grow their career in early years education. In this role, you will help provide care and support for children aged 3 months to 5 years, fostering their development in a safe and nurturing environment.
We are looking for individuals who may not yet have formal qualifications but are enthusiastic, nurturing, and willing to learn. You will receive support and training to help you build your skills and confidence in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of care and learning experiences (training provided)
- Help plan and participate in engaging activities for children
- Observe and support children’s development and learning progress
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety policies to ensure a safe environment
