Your Role:
As a Junior Broker / Account Opener, you will:
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Introduce clients to our range of financial products and services
- Work closely with senior brokers to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments
What We’re Looking For:
- Aged 18-25 with a strong drive to succeed
- A keen interest in financial markets and a desire to build a career in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient under pressure
- No prior experience is required, but a background in sales or customer service is advantageous
