Your Role:

As a Junior Broker / Account Opener, you will:

Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
Introduce clients to our range of financial products and services
Work closely with senior brokers to close deals and achieve sales targets
Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments

What We’re Looking For:

Aged 18-25 with a strong drive to succeed
A keen interest in financial markets and a desire to build a career in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient under pressure
No prior experience is required, but a background in sales or customer service is advantageous
