This programme offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a degree apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry. As a Commercial Degree Apprentice, you will have the chance to earn a salary while studying towards a Chartered Business Management Degree Level 6 and working in various aspects of the Stellantis Head Office teams.

This programme aims to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Stellantis by exposing you to both the customer service element of our business and our behind-the-scenes operations, with the opportunity to contribute to the growth & success of our organisation. Are you the ONE?
You should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent qualifications and A Levels BCC or BTEC equivalent. A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential. (If you do not drive you must be comfortable commuting to our Coventry office.)

You should have excellent communication skills and are able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels. You will need to be organised and good at absorbing information and analysing problems, above all with a creative mindset.

- This role is up to a 4.5 year, fixed term Apprentice Programme, without a sponsorship opportunity as a result of which, the successful candidate will be required to have a pre-existing right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme, for the required hours. Candidates are requested to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme when they attend assessment centre in order for us to complete the required checks.
