Join as an apprentice within KPMG Business Services and you’ll receive a structured training programme over the course of two years resulting in industry-recognised professional qualifications and hands-on experience at one of the worlds’ leading professional services firms.
KPMG’s Business Services (KBS) function is the single provider of internal business services, advice, and expertise to KPMG. Our KBS apprentices will join our specialist teams working collaboratively to provide administrative support to internal stakeholders, manage client queries, run day-to-day operations, manage business systems, generate reports and data and much more!
During the first year you will be working with Administration Services KPMG (ASK), where you’ll gain varied experience and learn about the breadth of supporting services that ASK delivers for our business – such as producing documents, organising travel arrangement or supporting the recruitment of new colleagues. The second year is a chance to specialise in one our Operational Excellence Hubs (OEH).
Our apprenticeships provide a solid platform for a successful career in business services and you’ll develop a number of sought-after skills. From delivering project work to developing a customer-centric mindset, through to learning how to collaborate as part of a professional team. We’ll make sure you have the support you need to take on new challenges and thrive within a professional environment. You’ll get the chance to develop a broad understanding of the work that goes on across the business and grow a diverse network of colleague connections.
This programme is located in our Birmingham and Leeds offices, and you will spend at least two days per week working in your allocated office. Our firm’s hybrid working model balances the flexibility of working from home with the importance of collaborating and learning in-person at an office.
Bring your unique perspective to our diverse community, and be empowered to grow, thrive and do work that matters.
