Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly attend client training sessions to stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and products
- Create and manage customer accounts to build lasting relationships and drive customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve team sales goals and deliver results
- Engage with new and existing customers face-to-face on behalf of our clients to strengthen brand recognition
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members and management to ensure success
- Educate and mentor new representatives to build a strong, knowledgeable team and promote growth
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction
- Excellent time management abilities and a proactive attitude to excel in a high-energy environment
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, handling multiple responsibilities
