Qualifications- Implementing a technical prerequisites checklist for the Client to complete
- Validating the technical prerequisites have been completed by the Client
- Submitting and as necessary, escalating Client product issues
- Answering technical questions prior to the engagement in order to better prepare Client personnel for the impending engagement
- Facilitating on demand architectural decision making
