With a focus on Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Assessments, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement/Retention, you'll be the heartbeat of our organization's success!
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with the HR Leadership Team to craft and execute innovative people strategies that align perfectly with our company's ambitious goals. Your insight will transform vision into action, fueling business success
- Thought Leadership: Provide expert HR guidance and be the go-to advisor for Employee Relations, ensuring we handle challenges with finesse and maintain compliance. Your knowledge will keep us ahead of the game, mitigating risks and ensuring smooth operations
- Change Management: Guide our organization through change, empowering managers and leaders to navigate and lead with confidence. Your expertise will help us adapt, evolve, and thrive in a constantly changing environment
- Talent Management: Shape our future workforce! Work closely with managers to identify and meet our talent needs, fostering internal growth and ensuring our teams are ready to tackle tomorrow's challenges. Your role will be crucial in building a strong, capable workforce
- Performance Improvement: Drive excellence! Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance performance and align with both our immediate and long-term business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact our success and growth
- Corporate Collaboration: Partner with our Corporate Centers of Excellence (COEs) to align on leadership development, compensation, benefits, and staffing. Together, you'll create a unified approach that supports our organizational goals and elevates our people
- Apprenticeship Program Oversight: Lead our apprenticeship program to greatness! Ensure it's aligned with business needs and contributes to the development of our next generation of skilled professionals
- Administrative Support: Be the backbone of our HR operations! Provide essential support for our HR Performance Management system and assist the VP of Global HR with reports, metrics, and key projects that keep us moving forward
- Project Leadership: Take the lead! Champion HR projects that drive business results, ensuring they are completed on time and meet our high standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving project success
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability and willingness to work onsite 5 days a week in a collaborative, team-centric environment
- Proven expertise in managing complex employee relations within a manufacturing setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with a talent for data management
- A dynamic, fast-paced work style that thrives in a collaborative environment
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- PHR certification preferred, but above all, we value your enthusiasm and drive!
