This role is primarily based in Puebla, Mexico.
We are specifically seeking candidates who:
· Have previously studied or worked abroad, preferably in US or the UK, and
· Are fully willing and prepared to relocate to Mexico for long-term career growth.
Applications will be considered only from candidates meeting the above relocation and international exposure criteria.
Experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Job Overview:
The Graduate Engineer Trainee Program is a structured learning journey designed to build the next generation of engineers at CT Automotive.
· India Induction (2 months Pune): Corporate orientation, HR-ESG, quality systems, Design, Sales & Marketing and process fundamentals.
· Overseas Training (12 months China, Turkey, Mexico): Hands-on rotational training across multiple functions.
· Final Placement: Engineer role in any CT Automotive site globally (India, China, Turkey, Mexico, UK, or other sites), based on performance and business requirements.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
· Plastic Injection Molding: machine setup, parameters, mold change, defect troubleshooting, cycle-time optimization.
· Production: line balancing, OEE, TPM basics, safety, shift management, daily Gemba.
· Assembly Painting: paint process fundamentals, booth/oven parameters, adhesion/finish quality, rework reduction.
· Quality: IATF/VDA basics, PPAP/APQP, MSA/SPC, in-process & final inspection, customer complaint analysis (8D).
· SCM (Supply Chain Management): material planning (PMC), scheduling, inventory control, supplier follow-ups, logistics coordination.
· Engineering Project Management: APQP gateway tracking, timeline/risk logs, change management, customer interface
