Resonance is seeking enthusiastic and purpose-driven individuals to join our Internship Programme. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation that creates and manages award-winning impact investment funds, supports social enterprises, and delivers community transformation through collaboration and innovation.
Who we are & what we do:
For over 20 years Resonance has been “connecting capital to social enterprise” across the UK. We have worked with nearly 150 social enterprises and charities, enabling them to raise capital to grow their impact and make a difference to the communities they serve.
Resonance is itself an accredited social enterprise with the overarching purpose of making investment a force for good and transforming lives through investment. We currently look after c£444m of other people’s money, investing to enable social enterprises to provide homes and scale solutions for people facing crisis in the heart of communities across the UK. To date our funds have acquired over 1350 homes and backed over 160 social enterprises.
Resonance has won a number of national awards including winning "Best ESG Investment Fund: Real Estate" at the ESG Investing Awards 2026 and “Most Innovative New Build Scheme” at the Housing Innovation Awards 2026. In addition, Resonance was recognised at the Better Society Awards 2025, winning “Partnership with a Local Charity.”

About the Internship:
As an intern at Resonance, you'll be immersed in projects that truly make a difference. Opportunities may be available within our Property Funds, Impact Labs and Central teams where you will gain first-hand experience in the work that they do while developing valuable skills and building professional relationships.
Teams You Could Join:
Property Funds Team
Explore how we acquire, fund and refurbish properties to support those in need. You’ll work closely with one or more of our acquisitions, funding, and refurbishment teams and get hands-on exposure to how property investment creates social change.
Impact Labs
Be part of a mission that puts people’s homes at the heart of systemic transformation. Opportunities may be available in one or more of these innovative teams:
- Growing Enterprises – Support social enterprises to grow and thrive
- Developing Communities – Help build resilience at community level
- Strengthening Impact – Improve measurement and amplify social outcomes
- Funding Partnerships - Maximising complementary funding opportunities for Resonance social enterprise invests

- Open to travelling to one of our offices/hubs at least 2 days per week
