Carden Park Hotel are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals to join us as Hotel Apprentice and begin their journey in the hospitality industry. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn new skills, and build confidence in a supportive and professional environment.
Our apprenticeship programme is designed to give you a well-rounded introduction to hotel operations, helping you understand how each department works together to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in hospitality
- A passion for delivering great customer service
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Flexibility to work across departments, including weekends and shifts
- Previous experience in hospitality would be advantageous but not essential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking part in a rotational programme across key departments including Food & Beverage, Reception, Housekeeping, and back-of-house support functions
- Assisting team members with the day-to-day running of the hotel
- Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for
- Learning the standards and operations of a luxury hotel environment
- Working towards a recognised NVQ Level 2 in Licensed Hospitality qualification as part of your development
