We’re looking for motivated Trainee Refrigeration Engineers to join our team for a long-term career. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in refrigeration, air conditioning, and equipment maintenance. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gain hands on experience, and have clear opportunities for ongoing training and career progression.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with installation, inspection, and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Support equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
- Log jobs and updates using CAFM software.
- Take part in routine maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
- Learn to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
- Support site works and system upgrades while following health and safety standards.
- Participate in call-outs (approximately 1 in 4 weeks).

- Basic mechanical knowledge and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions.

- Interest in long-term development and training in refrigeration and HVAC.
