About the Role
Visual Computer Solutions HR (VCSHR) is growing. We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer I to join our team on-site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career professional to grow their skills in a hands-on, fast paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring our software meets the highest standards by working directly with the people building it.

What You’ll Do
- Execute & Document: Run thorough manual test cases across our applications and document the results with precision.
- Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track software defects, ensuring they are clearly communicated to the development team for resolution.
- Collaborate Daily: Work side-by-side with our Product and Engineering teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on the user experience.
- Uphold Quality: Act as a champion for quality throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring our releases are stable and reliable.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2 years of professional experience in software testing or a related QA role.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about how a user interacts with software.
- Tooling: Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, SmartSheet).
- Agile Familiarity: Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment is a major plus.
- Automation Exposure: While this role is primarily focused on manual testing, exposure to or an interest in automation testing is highly valued as we continue to evolve our technical processes.
