As a Trainee Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers while completing a structured training programme over approximately two years.
You will learn how to service, maintain, and install a range of fire and security systems while delivering excellent customer service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with servicing and maintenance of CCTV/VSS, intruder alarm, fire, and access control systems
- Supporting engineers on installation projects across a variety of sites
- Learning to fault-find and carry out preventative maintenance
- Demonstrating systems to customers and explaining how they operate
- Supporting with annual service visits and responding to reported faults
- Updating job documentation and reports using our field service system.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry standards and customer requirements
- Learning to read and update site drawings and system documentation
You will gain exposure to a variety of leading fire and security systems used across the industry..

Additional Information
Due to the nature of the fire and security industry, the successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment screening including DBS checks and employment referencing in line with industry standards.
