## Job Overview
We are seeking a Nursery Assistant to join our team in providing quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting their development.
## Responsibilities
- Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in the nursery
- Support the Nursery Manager in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and learning activities
- Help with the daily care routines including feeding, changing, and nap times
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress and well-being
## Skills
- Experience working with young children is desirable
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a caring and patient attitude
- Basic understanding of early childhood education principles
- Leadership qualities to guide and support children in their learning journey
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: £24,420.00-£37,417.27 per year
