Job Overview
Reporting to the Learning and Development Partner, the successful applicant will provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the department. This role focuses on administrative foundations of a business-critical function and supports the growth of our workforce by ensuring compliance with mandatory training.
Duties
1) Coordinating training: Support the research and coordination of training events across varied formats, including booking venues, sending calendar invites, preparing learning materials and distributing post training feedback surveys
2) Reporting: Assist the Learning and Development Partner with exploring data analytics of our function including our cyber security system “Keepnet” to assess business risk
3) Lone Working: Support the Health and Safety team by enrolling new employees on to our safety portal “Nexus” and organising device training
4) Projects: Assist the Learning and Development Business Partner with company project requirements and Research
5) LMS: Maintain our company learning management system (LMS) to track attendance and training completions ensuring our Skills Matrix show the most recent data.
6)Audit Preparation: Assist with internal and external audit team by providing accurate training data and compliance reports

Qualifications
- GCSE English Grade 4/C Desirable
- GCSE maths Grade 4/C Desirable
- CIPD L3 Certificate in People Practice / Desirable

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, our goal would be to transition you into a permanent role.

40 hr week: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Salary £15,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
Training and support for this Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship will be provided by our specialist Apprenticeship training provider, Smart Training & Recruitment.
The Clearspring's L&D team and varying stakeholders will train the successful candidate on tasks needed to complete the role.
IMPORTANT: In order to meet the eligibility criteria for an Apprenticeship in England, you must be able to demonstrate at least three years UK residency, or hold a valid visa that meets the exceptions to this rule.
