About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Broker. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and ambition to build a long-term career at MAIN.
You will begin by learning the foundations of the business, supporting experienced brokers, and developing your knowledge of mortgage products, compliance, and client management. With structured training and support, this role offers a clear progression pathway to becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Broker.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced mortgage brokers with administrative and client support tasks
- Learn and understand mortgage products, lenders, and criteria
- Support the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial enquiry to completion
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress applications
- Develop strong client communication and relationship management skills

Package:
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm in our West Kirby Office
- Group commission structure
- 26 days in addition to all recognized bank holidays.

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
