Job Spec
- Filing & Archiving of paperwork
- Taking telephone calls and fielding these to the relevant staff members
- Assisting staff with day-to-day admin tasks
- Dealing and recording incoming and outgoing post
- Greeting Visitors
- Creating and supporting with welcome packs for the housing services
- Stock control for office stationery and supplies
- Assisting with ordering of stationery/supplies items required
- Staff welfare checks
Person Spec
- Able to work as part of a team in a co-operative and supportive way.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.

Hours of Work
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, 35 hours
