They are recruiting an apprentice to assist with customer service and admin, this is an excellent opportunity for any candidate that would like variety in their job role.

Apprenticeship Standard

Business Administrator Level 3

Job Spec

Filing & Archiving of paperwork
Taking telephone calls and fielding these to the relevant staff members
Assisting staff with day-to-day admin tasks
Dealing and recording incoming and outgoing post
Greeting Visitors
Creating and supporting with welcome packs for the housing services
Stock control for office stationery and supplies
Assisting with ordering of stationery/supplies items required
Staff welfare checks

Person Spec

Able to work as part of a team in a co-operative and supportive way.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Works in collaboration to foster a climate where Equality Diversity and Inclusion are valued and understood.

Hours of Work

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, 35 hours

Rate of Pay

Apprenticeship Minimum Wage (£7.55 per hour)
