About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Kitchen Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and would like to build a career within the kitchen and interiors industry.
As a trainee, you will receive hands-on training across multiple areas of the business. Alongside learning how to design and plan kitchens, you will also gain experience in social media marketing, interior design principles, and construction project management, giving you a well-rounded understanding of the industry.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, eager to learn, and enjoys working with customers to bring their ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and planning of bespoke kitchens
- Support senior designers with client consultations and showroom appointments
- Learn how to produce kitchen layouts and design presentations
- Assist with preparing quotations and design proposals
- Help manage and update company social media platforms
- Support marketing activities including photography and content creation
- Gain experience in interior design concepts such as colour, materials, and layout
- Assist with project coordination for kitchen installations
- Learn the basics of construction project management and site coordination
- Maintain the showroom to a high standard
Training and Development

Requirements
- A passion for design, interiors, or architecture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience using social media platforms
- Basic design or CAD knowledge
- Clear spoken and written UK English

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
