Successful candidates will achieve a SCQF Level 5 in Performing Engineering Operations (Foundation Training programme at EKGTA ), a minimum of a National Certificate in an Engineering discipline and a SCQF Level 7 Vocational Qualification achieved during years 2,3 & 4 of the apprenticeship programme. Further study to HNC level is anticipated.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n· Actively participate in a personal development plan provided by the training provider\n\n· Undertake on-the-job development training programme\n\n· Actively participate in company departmental rotations Qualifications/Experience:\n· Grade 3 or above in Nat 5 Maths, English, Physics and one other technical/science subject\n\n· Commitment to completing development programme\n\n· Has a keen interest in particular field, with relevant hands-on experience\n\n· Able and willing to follow instruction and learn new tasks\n\n· Communication and Teamwork\n\n· Problem Solving\n\n· Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
