The St Tudwals, in the heart of the busy tourist destination village of Abersoch, re opened after a full refurbishment in March. It's a very busy public house and has been beautifully redesigned. We need an enthusiastic, experienced person to come and join our wonderful kitchen team to deliver an exciting concise menu at pace.
What we're looking for,
· Assist in the day to day running of the kitchen
· Deliver quality service
· Strong passion for food and for customer satisfaction
· Food hygiene and health and safety knowledge and certificates
· Ability to assist in menu design and creation
· Be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work
· You must be reliable and punctual
While previous experience would be valued, a great attitude and approach to this role is enough as full training and support will be provided.
