We are currently recruiting Business Administration Apprentices to join our busy and friendly Accounts Team based in Kelvedon, Colchester.
Please note, when applying, could you confirm that you are able to reliably commute to Kelvedon. Due to our location, it is preferable that you have your own transport
Job Overview
As our Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience and support, acquire new skills and work alongside experienced staff whilst providing administrative support.
The ideal candidates will possess lots of common sense and have a can-do attitude.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary £13,700 pa
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and relaying messages
- Helping with enquiries
- Adding orders to the system
- Record keeping and maintenance
- Admin tasks
- Bank receipts
- Working closely with a busy team

Upon successful completion of this Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, progression routes are available with our company.
Training and support will be provided by our specialist Apprenticeship training provider, Smart Training & Recruitment.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO APPLYING:
- In order to meet the eligibility criteria for an Apprenticeship in England, you must be able to demonstrate at least three years UK residency or hold a valid visa that meets the exceptions to this rule.
- As part of the Initial Assessment process, all qualifications will be verified by the Learning Records Service (LRS) via Department for Education
