Program Overview And Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented recent college graduate to join our HR team. This Apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management. The HR Apprentice will work closely with several team members to support day-to-day HR processes, help enhance communication and organization across teams, and ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
Operations & Administration
- Ensure HR systems, trackers, and documentation are accurate and current.
- Support internal communication initiatives and help streamline information flow across teams.
- Monitor email requests and flag missed or time-sensitive emails to the team.
Team Staffing & Coordination
- Assist senior team members by maintaining up-to-date records of assignments.
- Track staffing changes and ensure relevant files, trackers, and systems reflect current information.
Performance Management Support
- Assist with performance review processes, including:
- Following up with team members for feedback submissions.
- Compiling and organizing reviews in a clear, consistent format.
- Tracking completion and flagging outstanding items.
Employee Experience Initiatives
- Contribute to projects that support engagement, learning, and team culture.
- Provide administrative support for team events, trainings, or workshops and ad hoc requests.
Professional Development and Training
Prosek's Boot Camp program is a curriculum curated and taught by top leaders across the firm on a weekly basis throughout the program. Our Boot Camps are designed to educate Apprentices on both PR and our client sectors. Topics of education include:
- Capital Markets and Asset Management
- Professional Services and Financial Technology
- Media Training and Reporter Relationship Building
- Crisis Communications and Special Situations
- Wealth Management and Banking
- Client Readiness
Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter, able to take initiative
- Must be resourceful and a strong problem-solver
- Works well in a collaborative environment
Salary: $20.00/hour
