- Ability to be in the office for the entire period based at 20 Fenchurch Street, EC3M 3BY
- Some prior intern or work experience is preferred
Allied World has an exciting opportunity for a university student with a Business, Risk Management or Insurance interest looking to increase their understanding of the insurance industry. Our opportunity will be in our 8-week summer 2026 paid Internship Program beginning July 2026. Our structured program combines experiential learning, training and hands on work to provide interns with the foundation for a future career in financial services. The intern position will be located full time in our main office in the Walkie Talkie Fenchurch Street.
Our intern will be assigned to our US Excess Casualty Underwriting team. In addition, our intern will learn about each of our critical service functions including actuarial and claims. After successful completion of our program, we expect our interns to have a wider understanding of the insurance industry and the professional workplace.
