Join a collaborative IT team providing front-line support to keep systems running smoothly. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and maintain equipment, and ensure all systems and networks operate efficiently. Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure consistent performance
- Document technical issues and solutions for training and future reference
Job Skills/Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in technical or IT support
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of system setup, software installation, and basic networking
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Customer-focused approach and team-oriented mindset

Pay Range
$18–$20/hour
