Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative, motivated individual with a passion for content creation and storytelling to join our boutique hair extension salon in South London as a Content Creator Apprentice.
In this role, you’ll help bring our brand to life by capturing and editing engaging photo and video content, supporting our social media channels, and contributing fresh ideas for campaigns and creative projects.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in a real salon environment while working towards a government-recognised Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, delivered through an approved training provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture before-and-after hair transformations, tutorials, and brand stories
- Film, edit, and post content across all socials and website.
- Assist in creating graphics and written captions using Canva and other tools
- Participate in marketing strategy discussions and campaign planning
- Help manage posting schedules and engagement
- Support the founder in brand development and creative projects
Training Provided
You will spend part of your working week completing your apprenticeship coursework, which may include online lessons, assignments, and mentoring sessions.
Candidate Requirements
- Genuine interest in the beauty, fashion, or hair industry
- Confident using social media platforms
- A creative eye for photography and video
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and organised
- Willingness to travel between South London and West Sussex

Experience
- A passion for the hair and beauty industry and social media
- Enjoys photography, videography and tech and eager to learn more.
- Experience in social media content, including creating content calendars.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills
