Local Property Group specializes in delivering high-quality construction, repairs, and maintenance for social housing in London and the surrounding areas. We’re seeking dedicated contractors with expertise across trades to join our team and help improve the living standards for tenants. Roles Available
We’re looking for skilled contractors in the following areas:
- General Building Work: Repairing or preparing areas to complement core trade work.
- Flooring: Expertise in cap and cove wet rooms, safety vinyl installations, tiling, and laminate repair.
- Carpentry: Ability to fit and adjust doors, skirting, thresholds, cabinetry, and more.
- Plastering and Rendering: Skilled in patch repairs and full-wall refinishing.
- Plumbing: Minor repairs and installations, including sealing and basic pipework adjustments.
- Electrical : Installation and Maintanence
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installations and repairs in occupied and unoccupied properties.
- Collaborate with other trades to deliver seamless, tenant-focused services.
- Assess and document work completed with reports and photos.
- Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and professional standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Multiskilled Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in your primary trade(s).
- Commitment to Excellence: Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Tools and Vehicle: Must have your own tools and reliable VEHICLE
- Flexibility and Communication: Ability to adapt to reactive tasks and collaborate effectively with clients and tenants.
- Social Housing Experience: Previous experience working in or with social housing is a bonus.
What We Offer
