Apprenticeship Programme Manager in Horticulture

Salary: £27,846 to £33,201 FTE (SPM 1 to SPM4)
Terms & Conditions: Full Time (37 hours/52 weeks), Teaching Contract

About the Role
Based at the beautiful Bicton campus, we are looking for an experienced individual to be part of the delivery team for our horticulture provision. We welcome knowledgeable applicants with a wide practical skillset within horticulture and a passion to transfer knowledge and skills to learners.
Skills & Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of a level 3 qualification in horticulture or a related subject. Experience in working within the horticultural sector is essential and candidates need to be confident they can deliver both practical and theory sessions to a range of learners. Previous teaching experience is not essential, however, being able to demonstrate training or development of staff in the industry would be advantageous. Knowledge of apprenticeships is also highly desirable.
