The main purpose of the role will be to support the administration of the Data and CRM function while also gaining new knowledge, skills and behaviours to help you achieve the following qualifications:
- Data Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship Training Course
Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC in a statistical subject or equivalent)
- GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 5 (C) or above or equivalent qualification
- You must not already hold a Level 4 Apprenticeship Qualification in Data Analysis.
In addition to the above requirement, to apply for an apprenticeship, you must:
- be aged 16 or older
- not be in full-time education
- have the right to live and work in the UK
- undertake only one apprenticeship at any one time
- spend at least 20% of your employed time 'off-the-job' learning.
Level of qualification
You can do an apprenticeship at the same level as (or lower than) a qualification you already hold. However, you would need to gain substantive new skills. Plus, you'd need to be able to justify that the content of the training is materially different from any prior qualification or previous apprenticeship you've completed.
If you already hold a higher level qualification in a Data and CRM related subject, you may not be eligible for this apprenticeship.

- What skills and experience have you had that would make you a valuable asset/interesting to the Data & CRM Team at NS&I?
- A 250 word statement for each of the two key behaviours that we are looking for with this role, namely Developing Self & Others, Working Together.
- Please use examples from your experience and knowledge to demonstrate how you meet them addressing the essential criteria in the Person Specification. We would recommend using the STAR method.
