Apprentice Carpenter to join our growing team in Western Colorado. If you have at least 1 year of carpentry experience and a passion for building well-crafted, beautiful homes, this is your opportunity to grow alongside seasoned professionals in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do
- Assist with framing, trim, and finish carpentry on high-end custom homes
- Support job-site setup, material handling, and daily construction tasks
- Learn how to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Work under the direction of a Lead Carpenter and learn advanced building techniques
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Uphold high standards of quality and professionalism
What You'll Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in residential carpentry or construction
- A desire to learn, take initiative, and grow with a team
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Grand Junction, CO area
What We Offer
- $18$24/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, consistent MondayFriday schedule (no weekends!)
- 80 hours PTO per year (including sick leave; begins accruing immediately)
- $300/month health stipend
