RG Cowan Design Build is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Carpenter to join our growing team in Western Colorado. What You'll Do
Assist with framing, trim, and finish carpentry on high-end custom homes
Support job-site setup, material handling, and daily construction tasks
Learn how to read and interpret blueprints and plans
Work under the direction of a Lead Carpenter and learn advanced building techniques
Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
Uphold high standards of quality and professionalism
What You'll Bring
At least 1 year of experience in residential carpentry or construction
A desire to learn, take initiative, and grow with a team
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Based in or willing to relocate to the Grand Junction, CO area
What We Offer
$18$24/hour, depending on experience
Full-time, consistent MondayFriday schedule (no weekends!)
80 hours PTO per year (including sick leave; begins accruing immediately)
$300/month health stipend
